1. RETURNS
  • WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL UNPAID ORDERS. We do not cancel orders after they have been made. 
  • We only refund items that were incorrectly sent or missing from your order, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of order being delivered. We do not ship replacements.
  • No exchanges.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER UNLESS IT IS OUR FAULT.

*We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.*

2. METHODS OF PAYMENT

  • We accept PayPal and the following credit cards through PayPal: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

3. SHIPPING METHODS WE USE

  • USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Business Days ($4.99)
  • USPS Priority International Mail ($13.50)
  • Processing is 1-3 business days after your order is placed

4. SHIPPING TIME

Any orders placed Monday-Friday before 5PM CT will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and shipped either the same day or the next day. Orders placed after 5 PM CT will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM CT will begin processing on the following Monday.

*DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Priority mail takes up to 3 business days to ship anywhere in the United States.
